There are people who are not struggling with weight because they lack discipline.
They are struggling because they have been taught hunger is the price of weight loss.
Skip breakfast.
Control portions.
Fight cravings.
Start over Monday.
Repeat.
And then blame themselves.
I know this pattern because I lived it.
I lost around 20 kilos not by surviving on tiny portions, but by learning something simpler:
Fat loss often becomes easier when hunger is managed, meals are structured, and ordinary Indian food starts working for you instead of against you.
I’m not talking about crash diets.
I’m talking about people who are tired of:
- eating “healthy” and still being stuck
- belly fat that doesn’t move
- evening cravings
- constant guilt around food
- feeling they have “failed” at weight loss
Especially women who have almost given up.
If that sounds like you, maybe you do not need another diet.
Maybe you need a better structure.
And maybe a little support.
If you’ve almost given up on losing weight write to me. Tell me what has kept you stuck.
