I was watching the news today. All channels are talking about the same thing. The ugly fight between Sachin Pilot, Ex Deputy Chief Minister and Ashok Gehlot, Chief Minister of Rajasthan.
Don’t you sometimes marvel at these politicians who are so hungry for power. I thought politics was about serving people but now I have realized that politics is actually about GETTING SERVED BY THE PEOPLE.
We pay taxes. We work day in and day out. What for? Only so that our hard earned money can be used by these money-hungry, power-hungry people who have nothing else to do except fight about power. And fight they do by holing up in posh hotels!
I thought the government was of the people, for the people and by the people but now it seems it is a government of powerful, for the powerful and by the powerful!
People …the aam janta are no where in the picture. They are to be used and thrown for their money and votes! I wish there was a leader who could understand what people actually want!
Wishful thinking? I know!
